FRAME OF REFERENCE
We are an indie circle of creators. Consider us like a guild in an MMORPG. Nobody's being paid to be in the guild - we just like travelling together, and we split any dungeon rewards.
Due to our members' schedules, we do not take a waitlist for projects. If we choose to take your project on, it will be considered an active project.

Project prices vary depending on the requirements you present to us, and can fluctuate between each of our creators as they each price on their own terms. We're in the middle of finding a good calculator tool that can display accurate price quotes on the website, but for now we do not have any publicly listed prices.
The short answer is - because we liked working with each other!
The goal is to alleviate that hectic feeling when you're trying to complete an end to end creative product. We have a team of project managers who coordinate among clients and frayref members to make everyone's lives easier, and we have work processes in the studio that smoothens the entire process out.
We're a very small and tight knit group, so we aren't looking for new members at the moment! Thanks for your interest regardless!
This varies depending on the member, as each of our members have a different policy on whether they take individual commissions or not, but the blanket answer is - yes!
We do take non-commercial commission requests! The initial conversation with a project manager will take you through all of that.
